Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu thanked Russian President Vladimir Putin at talks in Moscow for pardoning U.S.-Israeli woman Naama Issachar, who had been jailed on drug charges. Issachar’s release came ahead of talks between Putin and Netanyahu, who flew in from Washington to pass on details of a U.S. peace plan, which Israel supports and Palestinians reject.
