Some were based on traditional Chinese legends, such as a lantern set describing a rabbit looking up to the moon. While some were based on auspicious images like the phoenix and Pegasus. A passageway decorated with colorful illuminations was also a highlight for shutterbugs. Among the most eye-catching and also the largest lantern in the park was a golden dragon, made by local craftsmen with traditional paper crafting technique. In addition to Victoria Park, lantern shows will also be held in many other places including Sha Tin Park and Tsuen Wan Park during the holiday.
