A movie directed by Lalith Ratnayake has bagged four awards at the Asian Cinema Festival held in Manilla.

The four awards include the award for best Movie in the region. Titled ‘The other Half’, the Movie received awards for best direction, best script and best supporting character. The awardees arrived in Sri Lanka yesterday. Jackson Anthony who won the award for best supporting character stated that the Premier of the Movie was screened in Australia and since then the movie is earning a great deal of enthusiasm from film critics and fans.
