Iffland claims fourth straight Red Bull Cliff Diving title with big win in Mostar

Australian Rhiannon Iffland claimed her fourth straight Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series title and Brit Gary Hunt earned his eighth overall trophy in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Iffland scored 358.05 points on her final dive to easily better American second place finisher Eleanor Townsend Smart’s 288.90 and clinch her sixth win in a row.

The six straight wins gave Iffland an even 1000 points on the season and allowed her to clinch the title with one more event remaining on the calendar in Bilboa, Spain. On the men’s side, Hunt managed a score of 426.90 to finish in second place to Romanian Constantin Popovici’s 448.90 but it was enough to clinch the men’s overall title, his eighth King Kakehili trophy.
