Rubik’s Cube record holder puts his best feet forward

Daniel Rose-Levine, the 16-year-old who broke the Guinness World Record last year for the fastest time to solve a Rubik’s Cube using only his feet at 16.96 seconds, demonstrated how it’s done at the National Museum of Mathematics in New York.Rose-Levine started playing with the multi-colored three-dimensional puzzle at the age of 11. He would practice for up to five hours a day when he was competing.

The practice session is in preparation for MoMath’s public event, where he’ll show how he quickly solves a Rubik’s Cube using only his feet.Rose-Levine broke the world record exactly a year ago at the CubingUSA Heartland Championship 2018.
