An aquarium in Indonesia celebrated the coming of Lunar New Year with an underwater Chinese lion dance. The performance takes on the theme of the Legend of the 12 Shio or Chinese zodiac, and is one of many other performances in the the Seaworld Marine Park to celebrate the Year of the Pig.Spectators hoped that the show and the coming new year brings not only prosperity, but also unity among the various religions and ethnicities and comes at time amid rising tension in the country’s political sphere ahead of elections.
