Former Director of National Institute of Fundamental Studies and Emeritus Professor in Geology of University of Peradeniya Prof. C.B. Dissanayake, received Life Time Achievement Award from the President at the 50th anniversary golden jubilee celebrations of National Science Foundation. The award recognizes and honours eminent scientists who have made exceptional contributions to the Science and Technology sectors in the country. Prof. C.B. Dissanayake spoke to Prime News regarding his lifetime achievements.
