Royal couple visit school targeted at improving education of indigenous Australians

Britain’s Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, visited a local senior school campus that hopes to improve education for indigenous Australians in Dubbo on Wednesday (October 17).
Students at Clontarf Foundation and Girls Academy opened their classrooms to Meghan, gifting the Duchess a school t-shirt, before Meghan sat down to chat with the girls.
Outside, a rare downpour saw a sporting demonstration for the royal couple cancelled, as rain pummelled the drought stricken area.
Harry and Meghan’s trip coincides with the Invictus Games in Sydney from Oct. 20-27. The games, founded by Harry, are an international paralympic-style event for wounded military veterans.
