The opening of a new two storied administrative building of the Matara Nursing School took place under the patronage of Minister Rajitha Senaratne. Earlier administrative work of the Matara Nursing School was done at three places. Providing a solution for the problem, the new building was constructed at a cost of 76 million rupees. Students of the Nursing School can attend to their academic activities conveniently as a result.
