Nine-time world rally champion Sébastien Loeb dominated stage two of the Dakar Rally in his Peugeot. The Frenchman cruised through the day’s challenge from Resistencia to San Miguel de Tucumán in Northern Argentina for his first win this year. The victory also propelled Loeb into the overall classification lead. Loeb’s fierce rival Nasser Al-Attiyah was second on the day in his Toyota. The Qatari driver is just 28 seconds adrift of Loeb in the overall standings. In the bike category defending champion Toby Price recovered from a sluggish start to this edition to claim stage two.
