A growing number of Pakistanis are turning to fitness workouts and exercises to combat the strains and stresses of city living in Karachi. Fit and focused Sania Danish arrives at her fitness centre early in morning, seven days a week. The thirty year old is a mother with three children and she’s been serious about sticking to her fitness regime for a year. Danish believes a morning class like this helps her to create the energy she need to kick start her day. Danish is one of hundreds of fitness enthusiasts who are now regular members of this fitness centre located one of Karachi’s uptown neighbourhoods.
