President Maithripala Sirisena says that policies that will harm local Entrepreneurs will never be implemented. Addressing the 17th Anniversary conference of the Chamber of Young Lanka Entrepreneurs the President said that he would personally bear the responsibility to strengthen local businessmen while protecting local heritage. The 17th Anniversary conference of the Chamber of Young Lanka Entrepreneurs took place under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena in Colombo. The President pointed out the need to maintain a dialogue with the Government by local industrialists when working on future development activities. President Sirisena said that he is paying strict attention on both positive and negative opinions about the new Government. He said that certain people with narrow thinking spread false rumors. He pointed out the need to select and taking correct measures. The President requested the Chamber of Young Lanka Entrepreneurs to contribute their experience and knowledge to the development of the country. Former Chairman of the Association Navin Perera and new Chairman Kasun Rajapaksa presented a memento to the President.
