Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe will leave for Australia on a four day official tour. The Prime Minister’s four day official tour, on an invitation from the Australian Government, will commence tomorrow. One of the aims of the tour is to mark the 70th anniversary of Diplomatic relations between the tour countries. The Prime Minister and his delegation will hold talks with Australian Prime Minister Malcom Turnbul and Ministers there. Several agreements strengthening bi lateral relations are expected to be signed during the Prime Minister’s tour. Ministers Vijith Wijayamuni Soysa, Arjuna Ranathunge, Deputy Minister Harsha De Silva, Prime Minister’s Secretary Saman Ekanayake, Prime Minister’s Additional Secretary Saman Athaudahetti, Professor Maithre Wickremasinghe and special assistant Sandra Perera are accompanying the Prime Minister.
