Centre for media personalities in Trincomalee

A Media Centre has been set up in Trincomalee for the benefit of media personalities spread throughout the Trincomalee District.

Known as Media House, it is a gift from the Government of the Netherlands. The opening took place under the pagtronage of Minister Susantha Punchinilame and the Ambassador of the Netherlands Leoni Margaretha Guelencere. The opening of the Trincomalee District Media Personnel’s Office and the official website also took place in parallel to this event.
