Identification parade report on Mattakuliya attack to the CCD

The report on the parade conducted to identify suspects related to the attack on the Mattakuliya Police has been handed over to the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD).

Accepting a request made by the Crimes Division, the Colombo Magistrates Courts ordered the release of certified copies related to the identification parade report to the Crimes Division. 23 suspects have been identified during seven identification parades. The Police intimated to the Magistrates Court the need for the related reports for future legal initiatives.
