July 20, 2010 Local News View Comments

The report on the feasibility of banning the pornographic websites is being handed over to the Bambalapitya Juvenile Court today.

The report has been obtained from the Computer Department of the Colombo University. The Police Children’s and Women’s Bureau launched investigations recently on complaints that children access pornographic websites through their mobile phones. Measures will be initiated to hold discussions with phone companies on a Court Order.
